CERTUS SVA-600-0,01 — electronic laboratory scales with external calibration and a liquid crystal display with backlight. They are used for weighing objects and substances with high accuracy in laboratories, banks, medical institutions, metrological service, pawnshops, jewelry stores. The maximum weighing limit of this model is 600 grams.

The robust, compact plastic housing houses all the balance electronics, the high-precision HBM strain gauge cell. Above is a circular stainless steel weighing platform with a diameter of 120 mm. There is a plastic cap to protect against air currents during weighing. A comfortable keyboard and a large backlit LCD display are located at the front. Communication of the balance with a PC and a printer is provided by the built-in RS 232C interface.

Laboratory scales can operate both from a 220 V network and from a built-in 6 V battery. There is a wide range of different functions: weighing in grams, carats, ounces, determining gross or net weight, weighing in percent, counting mode, summation, taring, semi-automatic zeroing readings and tracking zero. If the weight of the load placed on the platform exceeds the LEL, the scale readings are locked. Also, the scales can signal overload and stability of readings, print "date, time, weight". An optional device is available for weighing the load under the scales by placing it on a metal hook.
